The Fabergettes are a retro inspired garage four piece hailing from Sydney.

After being selected as Triple J Unearthed Feature Artist, The Fabergettes debut single 'Ding Dong' received Triple J airplay and inclusion in Triple J Unearthed’s 2012 Mixtape. Their single also went onto to being used in a global campaign for Contiki Tours.

The Fabergettes have earned a strong following from their exciting live shows with their unique take on the 60s girl group sound. Most recently they have headlined Sydney Film Festival's 'The Hub' and have supported the likes of Catcall, Yacht-Club DJ's, DZ Deathrays, Bleeding Knees Club, Hunting Grounds and Eleanor Friedberger (Fiery-Furnaces, USA). They also won a spot on the Playground Weekender Festival lineup via FBi Radio.

The band is fronted by Nat Martin, a former choir-girl from Sydney’s much beloved Cuthbert & the Nightwalkers. Nat now shares the stage with Bec Allen (Catcall) on bass, Brendan Walsh (Palms) on guitar and Nick Franklin (Atom Bombs) on drums.

Like the band's pin-up poster girl Barbarella, The Fabergettes have a penchant for both the trashy and saucy which manifests itself in the tongue and cheek tone of their first self-title EP, released earlier this year.

You can catch The Fabergettes performing at Newtown Festival in November.
