Halfwait is a 3 piece Rock/pop band from Western Sydney NSW. Halfwait formed as a band in 2010 by founding members Jon Barker(Guitar/Vocals) and Chris Tallon(Drums/Backing Vocals). Paul Vella(Bass/Backing Vocals) joined in late 2010 adding a new dimension to the band. Since then Halfwait have played at numerous pubs, clubs and functions around NSW, some including the Annandale Hotel, The Bald Faced Stag, The Civic Hotel and the Fitzroy Hotel to highlight a few. Over this period Halfwait have formed a solid following attracting many people to each performance.

Halfwait are currently working on a debut album called "One Life One Chance" which is being recorded at Freefall Studios and should be completed early next year. Three songs from this album including "The Ride" which is featured on local radio station SWR FM are finished and being used as promotion.
