Unearthed Artists We Like: The Universal , We The People. , Private Life


We’re from different ends of the country and Melbourne is like our really big, shared rental house. Our common love: “music,” is also an excuse for us to try and fit in with the cool kids - Most times trying to freestyle rap battle one another or reverse words like ‘Swag’ to make new sayings like ‘Gaws.’ (Our social skills with those outside the band are in dire straights.)

The style of music is what marketing types call ‘Indie-Pop’ with a ‘Quirkiness’ and ‘Soulful’ mix. We thrive on making people dance and meeting other rad bands but don’t really dig thinking about where we fit in.

Last year we launched the band at The Toff and sold out. Sell outs. Our other favorite shows have been headlines at The Worker’s Club, Miss Libertine’s hipster charged Can’t Say, a sold out Northcote Social Club with Triple J darlings New Navy and most recently sharing the stage with babes Stonefield and Owl Eyes. Babes. We also road tripped and played 'Go Here, Go There' festival in Sydney. Tripped.

We look forward to playing our music to you and shouting at you from the stage, while you shout the froffs.
